## Quality Engineer

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes across five custom automotive part manufacturing lines
- Create and maintain quality documentation: control plans, standardized work instructions, and operator data sheets
- Create gauge drawings, implement gauging strategies, and validate gauging using measurement system analysis (MSA) tools
- Conduct first article inspections, dimensional reports, and capability studies
- Perform Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to document process acceptance with customers
- Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D) and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare and present quality findings to management, customers, and production staff
- Conduct audits, document findings, and support closure of audit actions
- Maintain and improve records to meet IATF 16949 quality management system requirements
- Program Klingelnberg Gear Analyzer for involute gear and spline measurement
- Develop contamination testing processes using a Jomesa stereomicroscope for technical cleanliness requirements
- Perform statistical analysis and process data visualization in Minitab

## Metallurgical Technician

- Prepared metallurgical samples for analysis via cutting, grinding, and mounting equipment
