# Devin Grosz, B.Eng.

### Quality Engineer — Kitchener, ON

I'm a Quality Engineer with over ten years of hands-on manufacturing experience, spanning quality management, metallurgical lab work, and machine operations in high-volume automotive production. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering Applications from Conestoga College.

In my current role as a Quality Engineer at Linamar, I build and maintain quality management systems across multiple custom automotive manufacturing lines — developing control plans, inspection methods, and gauging strategies, leading root cause investigations, and supporting IATF 16949 compliance. Earlier in my career, I spent four years as a Metallurgical Technician, giving me a strong practical foundation in metallurgical inspection, and heat treatment.

I created this website to learn how to make self managed websites. I will attempt to keep it up to date, but I can not guarantee it remains up to date.
